I'm Still Smiling

And to top it off I just saw the ice cream man... There is never a dull moment when you can get people near their mid-20s to act like they're five. Hi, I'm 5. Let's start with Friday. Immediately after the day job I raced home, packed and left for Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida to meet up with Evan. For those of you just joining the program I've known him since the 1st grade. Haven't seen him in a few months but that didn't stop us from going right into the old routine again. Off we go to St. Augustine to catch up with the coach, known to many however, as Carey, and boy I'll tell you fwhat. Let's just put it this way, there was champagne involved. And for those of you wondering what wannabe's drink it's not the Krys, but rather the $2.99 a bottle Andre (even though it was Korbel). But anyways after downing the bottle, a few beers, and having a little sing-a-long we head to the Dunes bar. Everything that happened after that is really fuzzy, but I do know that Evan ran into himself and then realized it was a mirror. But let's give him credit, he did try to avoid it. We've all been there. You go one way thinking the other person will go the other way. Well for some strange reason Evan and himself kept going the same way...so they collided. I think he realized it was him, but if not hey Ev, it was a mirror.

Next day we head back up to Ponte Vedra Beach after noticing a park ranger in a parking lot. We questioned whether he was in charge of the parking there or the park. Who knows? Anywho, Dad had to go to work at 1, me and sis went to lunch at the Loop, and...well that was about it. She did beat the pants off of me again at Jeopardy, well not literally. Once dad got home it was time to party again. Enter Julie, the 4th wheel to complete the party car. Destination: Lynche's Irish Pub. Julie forgot her id though so her and Ev went back to get it. By the time they got back me and Carey were wicked wasted. Car bombs galore. After Lynches we headed to some party. All I know is that it was raining in the car. And that's about it. I woke up the next day on the couch not knowing what the hell happened, but still laughing about when Evan noticed the park ranger and ran into himself.
